Voter Registration - Registration is open all year throughout the County except during the 27 days preceding an election and reopens the second day following an election. Contact the County Clerk’s office at 847.377.2410 for further information on voter registration.
*NEW* Voter registration can now be done online using the Illinois Online Voter Application on the Illinois State Board of Elections website. A valid Illinois drivers license or state ID is required.
Beginning 15 days before Election Day, grace registration is available at any Early Voting Site. Grace registration is also available on Election Day at the Polling Place for your current address.

Early Voting - Any registered voter in Lake County may choose to vote early starting 15 days before the traditional Election Day. Check your voter registration status. Early voting for Antioch residents can be done at the Antioch Township offices located at 1625 Deep Lake Road, Lake Villa, IL 60046. Please see above for dates and times.
Vote by Mail - Public Act 97-0081 signed by the Governor on July 4, 2011 requires those voting by mail to complete an application for each election before receiving a ballot.
