The Village of Antioch is seeking proposals from qualified carpenter contractors to modify an existing wood frame deck structure located on Main Street (North of 891 Main) in Downtown Antioch. Interested contractors must be experienced in demolition, pier construction, framing and finished carpentry and have references. To make a proposal please contact Jim Keim at (847) 395-1000 to make an appointment to visit the site. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal that it deems in its’ best interests to do so. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm June 1st at Village Hall, 874 Main Street, Antioch, IL 60002.
